Hugo Suidman

I am fascinated by human potential and motivated to connect nationalities, generations and characters on a deeper level.

My approach is to work with head and heart simultaneously. I love working with managementteams within highly complex organisations. I speed up thinking and slow down for feeling. I’m an optimist with genuine interest in people and have a creating, confronting and respectful style of working.
People respect me for quickly understanding and addressing the underlying patterns of individual and team dynamics and for being flexible to create and adjust workshops and programs to their needs.

End of 2012 I pursued my long lasting dream by moving to Berlin with my wife and 4 kids and enjoy this city in all its aspects of culture, history, entrepeneurship and internationality ever since. I have the habit of getting up at 5:45 AM to have a fresh morning run in the ‘Volkspark’ and enjoy riding my bike in Berlin to explore new places, whilst visiting clients. I have made personal career in Berlin by becoming the national Saint Nicolas for the Dutch Community; I aspire to be the official Dutch Nicolas in The Netherlands in the future.
