I believe it is crucial to develop and maximize human capital for sustainable long–term success in any organization. I have deep faith in human potential and trust that transformation is possible in individuals, businesses, and societies.

I work from the paradigm that the ultimate business of any business is “people” and believe in leading by cultivating valuable human relationships.

After my MBA, I embarked on a marketing career in the fashion, apparel and retail industry. My expertise has been in strategic management, international marketing, and business development. I was instrumental in the tenfold growth of a multinational organization in Indonesia. Having worked between eastern and western cultures and business practices, I developed the expertise to lead dynamically in a cross–cultural environment. Over the last 22 years, I have worked with more than 22 nationalities.

Currently, I am an Operating Partner with a New York–based private equity firm, whose mission is to transform the global supply chain industry. I am supporting their investment strategy and transformational design/ implementation in South East and South Asia. I have been always passionate about people, and in 2008, I decided to follow a path in development and maximization of human potential. I embarked on a journey of personal transformation and became qualified as a ontological coach with the Newfield Network in Colorado, USA.

I am of Indian descent, and have lived in Indonesia for the past 22 years with my wife Shalini and two boys. I consider myself very spiritual, and love spending time in nature, along with the occasional game of golf.
