Cristina Escallon

My work focuses on leadership development and culture transformation, working with top teams around the world.

I help people become more aware and in control of their thoughts, needs and behaviours; to have more constructive dialogues and build trust. I believe this leads to change, higher performing teams, healthier cultures and greater satisfaction in life – for leaders and for those around them.

I have worked across various industries and cultures; with companies, social ventures, family businesses, government and business schools; in Europe, Africa, America and Asia. I deal with the practical, as well as the academic aspects of leadership and change. I seek to being multiple disciplines into my work– from neuroscience to cultural differences and meditation. I am a frequent speaker on these and other leadership topics.

Rodrigo and I live in London though I travel frequently. I see my extended Colombian family often despite the distance, including ‘one–on–one’ trips with each of my three young nephews. I love nature, photography, travelling and learning about different cultures, dancing, playing tennis, meditate regularly and always want to learn new things.
