Jane Purchall

I have an unwavering faith in humanity’s desire to live a life that uplifts and positively impacts themselves and those around them. For more than a decade I have dedicated my career to working with leaders within global organizations to help transform limiting beliefs and behaviors – which often get in the way of organizational effectiveness – in order that they are able to bring their best to their personal and professional lives.

I work closely with my clients to create and guide them through thoughtfully designed programs to help them successfully manage the complexities of transformation: be it a top team alignment; leadership development; creating high performance teams; or a full scale performance and culture transformation … all leading to tangible and extraordinary business results.

Initially trained by McKinsey & Co to facilitate leading edge transformational leadership programs for their local and global clients, I have spent the last 12 years living and working in the US developing and leading programs in Fortune 500 companies, across multiple industries with diverse local and global business challenges to create distinctive, high performance organizational cultures, teams and senior leaders.

Prior to this I worked with international media organizations – The International Herald Tribute and TIME Magazine – as a marketing executive.

I am mother to two wonderful children who fascinate me endlessly as they evolve into their own unique personalities. I live in Southern California and our family shares a passion for growing fruit, nut and olive trees as well as for cooking and baking. I enjoy spending time walking along the beach, practicing yoga and dabbling in costume design and creation.
