My mission is to bring together a group of exceptional facilitators and coaches who can make a lasting positive impact on business leaders, their teams and organisations, and the wider world.

As a professional, I love to work with senior teams and help them discover and unlock the potential in themselves, each other and their organisations. I like to get to the essence of things quickly, accelerating development, trust and performance.

When working with organisations that look to strengthen their culture, my intention is to help them create a movement or field of transformation, so that we can touch the hearts of all people in the organisation, after which behaviour and mindsets start changing and new possibilities emerge.

At the age of 15 I became fascinated by business, reading everything I could on this topic and starting my first company while still at university. After working in sales and marketing for Shell, I became a serial entrepreneur, launching and building international software and internet companies, one of which was listed on NASDAQ. After a great deal of success, I realised in 2004 that my true purpose is in developing leaders. This was scary at first, but has proven to be the right choice and I will continue doing this work until my last breath.

I earned a Master’s Degree in Marketing from the University in Tilburg and a Master’s Degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Delft.

Over the course of several years, I was trained as a facilitator of transformation by Gita Bellin, a leading expert in human behaviour. I earned a degree in Coaching from the Motivation Management Services Institute (MMS).

I have three daughters and a son and live with my partner Olga in a small village near Arnhem in The Netherlands, next to a beautiful forest. We all love to travel.
