Paul Loven

Solid long–term strategy and well–defined key performance indicators are not the only prerequisites for the success of a company. The degree to which leaders really have room to think, act and develop are the true catalysts for this success. I am inspired both by the drive for sound business results and by matters of the heart and soul to bring the vision, mission, and strategy of an organization to life.

I have worked for 35 years in banking (ABN AMRO Bank) in the Netherlands, Brazil and Indonesia. I was the vice chairman of the board and CFRO at PGGM NV and worked as a large pension fund administrator and asset manager. I hold a degree in executive coaching program from Phoenix Opleidingen. I am actively involved in leadership development programs for top management in the financial industry.

I live together with my wife Catharina in Baarn, the Netherlands. I am an avid long distance walker. Together with our sons, Catharina and I like sailing in Friesland.
