Jeroen Drontmann

My daily passion is to design a space in which individuals, teams, and organizations can unleash their potential to become their best. My mission is to connect people with themselves (head with heart) and with each other.

Stimulating awareness and response–ability are the key drivers in my work. Clients value my presence which creates a calm and safe space.

Before I worked as a change management consultant for Holland Consulting Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers. For the last 21 years I ran my own consultancy practice Heartmatters.

I earned an MA in law from Leiden University and a post–graduate degree in management consultancy from the University in Amsterdam. I worked closely with Sir John Whitmore, a renowned expert in coaching. I am licensed for using the Leadership Circle Profile, FiroB, the Leadership Styles Inventory and Richard Barrett’s Cultural Transformation Tool.

My wife Edith and I have three children. I enjoy playing guitar, piano, singing, travelling, jogging, and skiing. Practicing meditation is a great source of of energy for me. I am an associate with Leaders Quest, a social enterprise connecting leaders globally. I have written two books: ‘Persoonlijk Succes’ (Kluwer 1994) and ‘Hoofd ontmoet Hart’ (Het Spectrum 2004).
