Geesje Hamming

Three essential elements to my work as a coach and facilitator are empowerment, empathy, and effectiveness. I search for what really matters, unlock an individual or group’s full potential, and transform insights into tangible actions – all with care and a sense of humor. My work covers executive and team coaching, as well as group facilitation.

I have worked for Unilever Foods in the Netherlands and Brazil, and for two multinationals in Hong Kong and Thailand. Back in the Netherlands I joined a small change management consultancy, where I began my dedication to helping people unlock their potential. I hold an MA in law from Leiden University and an MA in marketing from Tilburg University. I am a certified master–coach and facilitator of the MMS Institute.

My family is the center of my life: my husband Cees and my three daughters. We love traveling. I am a member of The Netherlands Committee of Human Rights Watch.
