My purpose is to inspire people, groups and organizations to reach their full potential. I have 15 years of experience in consulting organizations to evolve; building high performance cultures; co–creating with top teams and employees and coaching leaders. I enjoy designing processes and workshops to facilitate “going to one place to another” in a meaningful way. I integrate several frameworks of different disciplines as Philosophy, Psychology, Theology and Sociology to structure and to find better solutions for each client. I am Psychologist specialized in structural and systemic therapy, studied a Master of Science in Organizational Studies and earned my Master in Public Administration at Harvard Kennedy School being Teaching Assistant of Adaptive Leadership.
I am an avid reader and a mindfulness instructor after spending 9 months in a Meditation House in Germany.
I live with my wife Ximena and our three young children in the outskirts of Buenos Aires. I love sports (Soccer and Rugby), cooking (asados) and spending time with my family and friends.
