Alix Royer

In my work as a coach and facilitator, I focus on the balance between cognitive and emotional intelligence: without a good heart, a smart head can become a dangerous weapon.

I find fulfilment in helping people – leaders as well as followers – to free up their potential. My purpose is to build a society where people thrive and results are sustainable. I also help people reestablish the value of their intuition.

I have an MS in clinical and developmental psychology from Utrecht University, as well as a degree in Human Givens counselling from HGI, York, UK. I am a certified corporate–based mindfulness trainer.

I am married to Robert and mother to two sons and a daughter. We live in Naarden in the Netherlands, where we work in our garden, make music, and cook for friends. Meditation, golf, and Buddhist philosophy are among our shared passions.
