Working with teams and consumers in different cultural settings is what I have done over the past 20 years. After starting my career at McDonald’s in Marketing, I joined the Heineken company where I worked in several Brand Management positions and in the Innovation Division. During my years as General Manager of Heineken South–Korea in Seoul and Managing Director of Brasserie Almaza in Beirut, Lebanon, I discovered my deep passion for cross–cultural leadership and people development. I hold an MSc in business administration from the University of Groningen, am a certified coach with the MMS Institute, a certified facilitator with Gita Bellin, and have completed several leadership development programs, including one at INSEAD.
My daughter and son are a source of joy. Working out, spending time with my family and friends, doing charity work, and practicing meditation are great sources of energy for me.
