Katya Rudelson

I am committed to bringing humanity to organizations through helping leaders transform their mindsets and behaviors and thus generate greater business impact and personal meaning. Through careful listening and attentive inquiry, I create sacred space for individuals and teams to connect to their essence and arrive at transformative insights. I am sensitive to various cultural backgrounds and contexts, and respectful to universal principles.

Having graduated with Econometrics diploma from the State Academy of Management in Moscow, Russia, I embarked on a 20+–year long career with global leaders in management consulting (Bain&Co) and executive search (Egon Zehnder), being one of the first Russian nationals to obtain HBS MBA in late 1990’s. I bring together analytical thinking and emotional awareness.

While working with executives on top leadership assessment, I have become increasingly interested in shifting my focus to facilitation of transformation. A certified Hogan assessor, I am now pursuing Newfield Network coaching certification and am practicing Clean language.

I currently live in Moscow with my husband and our two dogs; our two sons have left home for university. I love travel, cooking, dancing Argentine tango and watching the skies.
