Leela Kirloskar

I support individuals, teams and groups in organizations to emerge with a much more powerful ability to lead, connect, inspire and communicate.

This includes sensing and design for workshops; introducing the body into leadership development and offering embodied practices to sustain growth towards their highest potential.

In group workshops and in coaching sessions I help to build awareness, work through current challenges and explore limiting mindsets and behaviors to identify skills and capacities required to be built for sustainable growth and development. In particular, I pay close attention to somatic work in leadership development and offer co–created practices to support embodied learning.

I have participated in a wide range of projects, including developing leaders for a Hero’s Journey program for India’s fastest growing logistics startup; facilitating a large–scale transformation program for a leading Indian nationalized bank; and facilitating a large group of senior sales people at a leading Indian automotive company in a program focusing on mastering difficult conversations with integrity and authenticity.

In 2018, I was invited on the panel of Growing Leadership of Women, assisting women to live their values and connect in meaningful ways to their own wisdom and feminine divinity. I am also a core–group member of Alchemy, a growing practitioner’s guild in India.

I live in Bangalore with my partner, write a mindfulness blog when inspiration strikes, and listen to how my two grown boys navigate their lives in the US and East Africa.
