Jason Rabinowitz

I’m always looking for the spark that people can bring to their organization and to the world, when they truly tap into their purpose and meaning.

Through my work at various levels, from individual through team to whole organization, I try to help people ignite that spark and bring their full potential into being. I have a particular fascination with adult development: how we can grow our ability to deal with increasingly complex challenges and transform the way we think and see the world.

I have been working in my current field for over twenty years. Originally I trained as a linguist and spent some time living and teaching in Spain; I then worked in higher education development and innovation policy, before taking up a role as an expert consultant in organization at McKinsey and Company, where I stayed for nine years.

I love travelling and eating, mostly with my wife Ann now that my two sons are away at university. I try to keep fit, having completed more than 20 triathlons, and enjoy reading and cinema. I am a trustee for the refugee charity Safe Passage, and do pro bono coaching for social enterprise CEOs.
