Alistair Bullen

My professional focus having worked for over 30 years in the creative industry has led to me working with a wide range of companies helping bring transformation in their organisations.

The core creative skills I carry have helped me with visualisation and conceptual thinking to bring a fresh and dynamic approach at both executive coaching level and in restructuring organisations. I am an experienced practitioner in story telling through words and imagery which has been a lifelong passion. I help create dynamic experiences and understandings within organisations and for individuals. It is the sense of bringing energy, life and conceptual thinking that clients have described as magical.

I have worked with a wide range of organisations operating in sectors such as large global corporates, education, healthcare, sport and not–for–profit. Within this context I have been involved in programme design and delivery. Most of my working life has been spent building a creative agency helping to transform the vision, values and cultures within organisations.

I live in Marlow, England with my wife Sandra. We have two children who have now flown the nest. I have enjoyed serving on a team overseeing 60 churches across the UK impacting local communities. I have also had the privilege of being involved in extensive charity work related to homelessness, education and child trafficking and leading teams into Southern Africa. In the last 20 years I had the opportunity to investing in our next generation of leaders within our universities and colleges across the UK and Europe by serving on a board of a charity. I have a passion for football, convertibles and great clothes.
