Dana Kirchman

My purpose is to help people grow as leaders by building strong working relationships, making effective decisions and communicating their vision and values in an authentic way.

Combining business background with creativity and compassion, I help clients consider new options, change limiting beliefs and habits, overcome barriers to action, and shape the workplace of the future.
I work with a positive belief in transformation, and with a realistic understanding of how change works in complex organizations.
My clients say they remember our conversations and insights long after we worked together, and that I speak honestly and directly while supporting them and meeting them where they are.

Outside business life, the arts are my passion.  I am a theater producer and a board member of Ars Nova, an incubator that develops emerging playwrights, comedians and musicians.

A native New Yorker, I live in Manhattan and escape to the Hudson Valley of New York, with my husband and two young boys.  We enjoy travel as a family, with recent trips to India, Morocco and Montana. I enjoy yoga, hiking, tennis and soccer and cooking dinner for a crowd.
