Giles Watkins

My purpose is to work to build the trust and psychological safety required for real transformation to occur at the personal, team and organizational level.

I thrive on variety and have a track record of resilience and enabling and emergent change to occur in challenging circumstances around the world.

I bring a focused and energic approach to my work, and others have commented on my compassionate approach to coaching and my authentic and client centered facilitation combined with a quirky sense of humour.

Having lived all over Asia Pacific in the last 2 decades I now enjoy travelling from my base in Primrose Hill near London’s Regents Park. I share a passion for cricket with my ten year old son and love watching him play far better than I ever did. I plan to run my second marathon in 2017, almost 20 years since my last, in part to balance my love of good food and red wine. I also work as a Chair for VISTAGE, facilitating and coaching CEOs and business owners in a private peer advisory group, and volunteer at my local church’s homeless shelter.
