We start at the top, working with senior leaders and cascading through the organization. Role modeling by the top team is essential: organizations can only transform if the senior leaders first transform themselves.

We build durable capabilities. We build and strengthen our clients’ transformation capabilities to ensure sustainability, such as developing in–house facilitators who can cascade leadership programs to all levels in their organization.
